Apple can sell ice to the Inuit, sand to the Bedouin and rocks to the Quechua.

I bet just about everyone has at least one of those sitting around somewhere, having been bought on a whim at Sam's Club for $11 including 8 batts. I have probably 5 (bought a couple of 2 pack special offers.)

I haven't used anything but rechargeable AA and AAA NiMH for the last 7 or 8 years at least now....and have a good charger. I have batteries that I have been using for over 5 years now and still work well.

I don't see a lot of difference between mine and this one

The only really attractive thing about that charger is it has the last power draw of any charger in the industry.
Attractive thing?

Note what the advert language says first thing in the text:

Now there’s a better, more environmentally friendly way to power your wireless keyboard, Magic Mouse, Magic Trackpad, or just about anything that requires AA batteries
This is why you do NOT use wireless mice and keyboards that are powered by AA batteries. Because having to pop batteries out of them to charge is just plain dumb and annoying.

My boss is the biggest iFanboy in the world. He already got the charger and the MacPad to go with it.
