They won't be red for much of the time.

I have red jockey wheels on my rear derailleur (red TACX because that was what I could get when I changed from Campy 8 speed to 10 speed). I'd estimate that they are about 50% red on a time x area basis; the other 50% is chain gunk coloured.

Also I'd have thought that alloy jockey wheels would be noisy but I haven't tried them so I can't confirm that.

Those ceramic jockey wheels are very smooth. I've used similar ones for 2 years without issues.
You won't see the red color for much of their lifetime unless you lick and rub them weekly.
They are not any noisier than the plastic/resin pulleys.

and let's not get into the whole 'ceramic isn't worth it' debate. People buy things because they like, and want, that product.
