I know this is probably frowned apon in "The Lounge", but I was actually out on a ride..

First decent riding day in a week here in Memphis, between snow, ice, and rain it has been crappy on the roads.

But tonight it was dry and 45 degrees with very little wind... I hate wind (unless it is with me). Lesson for tonight, never go out without the shoe covers unless you want to bring home 10 ice cubes at the end of your feet.

New personal best tonight 25 miles at 16.5mph... I would like to be at 17mph within a few more weeks.
