Parlee today announced the availability of their all new Z5 SLi road bike. Though the bikes won't ship until later this year, the que is starting up. The Z5 SLi is based off their wildly successful Z5 frameset. The Z5 SLi is now Parlee's lightest weight stock bike. The new frameset has been optimized for the next generatioon of electronic shifting, be it Dura Ace Di2, Ultegra Di2, or even Campagnolo's group in the future. Dedicated co-molded cable passages will offer the cleanest setup for Di2 in any Parlee model to date. A carbon fiber battery mount on the left chainstay not only keeps the battery out of view and the frame's silhoute clean, but also allows the unobstructed use of both water bottle mounts.

The Z5 SLi will come in 12 sizes, so almost everyone will be able to find a frame that fits them well. When the Z5 SLi does start shipping later this year, it will feature a carbon fiber Press-Fit 30 bottom bracket, Enve 1.0 all carbon fork, carbon fiber co-molded dropouts, and will start at $8700 as a complete bike.
