I'm 5'10"ish with average length arms and a decent amount of muscle and there's still slack to take up so one size should fit all. There are no grippers, but they're pretty light and feel smooth to the touch. Probably perfect to keep you out of the sun or for cooler morning rides.

Thanks a soon as I finsh reading your reply I heard my door bell and it's the mail man with my blue package. I normally wear a L-XL warmers and these fits great.
