Hi,

I have an AEGIS road bike, bought it used 5 years ago. Had to buy pedals and shoes, so I bought these LOOK generics (I think). They say "bis" on them, they're red. The cleats are very worn and need replacing, but the std look cleats don't work when I try and release the shoe. I can't twist my foot out. The only way to get the cleats out of the pedal is to twist in, which is dangerous.

Any ideas what type of pedal I really have and where I get replacement cleats?

I live in Atlanta, GA btw.

Can you swap the cleats to the opposite shoes? Maybe they're one-way cleats. Otherwise, I got nothin'.
