Yes and no. Assuming you are looking at this chart - http://www.polarusa.com/comparison/cycling.html - scroll down to the 'Recording Features' section and where Polar indicates the CS200 will store 7 exercise files while the CS100 only stores 1 exercise file. At the bottom of the chart, Polar indicates the CS200 includes the Polar WearLink 31 coded transmitter (user changeable battery) where as the CS100 comes with the original Polar T31 coded transmitter - the wearlink is much more comfortable than the orginal.
