seems rare. does anyone know of good clinchers that are polished?,
otoh can silver open pro's be polished?

You do NOT want a polished aluminum rim, as they require a lot of maintenance and corrode easily. You want a clear anodized rim (no color or paint).

Seems noone wants silver rims anymore....:rolleyes:

thanx everyone....

does anyone have info on comparison of the aeroheads to the open pro's, like how well they are made?

Aeroheads are at least as good IMO... plus the OPs are so generic. The only bad thing really is their weights tend to vary a lot. I'd recommend using the centered rim (not OC) on the rear. Note that the bright anodized rim does not have machined sidewalls. I don't think it's important... just so you know. The dull silver rim has machined brake tracks.
