I was able to secure a power measuring thing from a friend for cheap and have done a couple workouts with it. I'm repulsed by the whole thing and will probably cut it back off my bike soon. The worst thing is having to listen to people talk about their power workouts, they just drone on about it.

Should I give it more of a chance? I really liked the power on the trainer over the winter, but on the road it seems like having sex with an instruction book in your hand.
