I just picked up a Bell frame pump, package says it works with Presta and Shraeder, I dont see any kind of adapter. Can someone school me on how to pump up my tires? Thanks!!

No instructions? On many pumps that fit both you have to screw off the front of the head and turn the internal parts around. - TF
