I found the frameset for $1295. I have spent the better part of the day calling many LBS and all of their prices are much higher; the highest being $1725.
Wonder if I should buy this frame and head over to my favorite LBS and have them build it...I'd love to have a sweet SL01 for ~$2200...

I got my BMC SLO1 on craigslist (March 07) It was a 2004 model with 2005 full Dura Ace (10 speed) and Mavic ksyruim SSC SL wheels for $1,800. The bike had about 60 miles on it and in mint condition.

That is a 56cm frame, the BMC's run a little big. I am about 6' at 185# and the bike fits really good. Been riding it over a year now (50 - 80 miles/week), very smooth ride with the carbon fork and seat stays, The alluminum frame is stiff, and the dura ace 10 speed shifts beautifully. Never had a problem with it.
