I'm of the long torso, short leg type! The best money I've spent was at a LBS that spent 2 hours on a fitting with the purchase of the bike. I've had zero knee, back and shoulder problems. I just went for a touch-up fit, as I've purchased new shoes, pedals and seat since the original fitting. I was close, but it felt like putting on an old shoe when we make two <1/4 inch adjustments.

It can feel long if your seat is in the wrong spot.
