I don't know for certain, but it appears to be their house-brand stuff - the equivalent of buying Forte' stuff at Performance. Meaning: If you're label conscious, these bits are right out. They're probably perfectly good, but not the lightest, strongest, or other -est of available goods. For example, the $120 carbon flat-tops you mentioned aren't full carbon- they are alloy bars wrapped in carbon on the tops. There's probably not too much wrong with that, but it's not what someone looking for carbon components really wants.
Now, the standard ones you pictured are full carbon, and kind of interesting. But only available in 46cm - too big for most folks.
They have a bunch of great deals, and it's pissin' me off that I don't need anything they're sellin' right now.
