I've seen this before but can't remember where. IMO this is just animal abuse. What did they THINK was going to happen if the bear caught the monkey; shake hands maybe? I can't see all that much difference between this and Michael Vick's dog fighting operation. This was stupid, stupid, stupid...and cruel.
