I have a Tarmac Expert SL3, and I just got a great deal on an SL4 frame, which I want to build up with Ultegra Di2. Then I'll probably sell the SL3.

I still need a stem, seatpost, and handlebars. Here are my options:
1. Buy new (probably $150 on eBay. I'm thinking Specialized Stem, FSA post, and whatever bars I find). Sell the SL3 with original parts.
2. Take the stem, post, and bars from the SL3. I have an old Easton stem, and I can buy no-name seatpost and bars on eBay ($40), stick those on the SL3. Sell the SL3 like that.

Which option do you think is better?

If you like your current setup option #2 will be more cost effective.

If it were me I'd do number 1 but I'd build it up with components from the same manufacturer. So all 3T or all Deda, FSA etc...and sell the Sl3 as is.
