We speak dutch in the northern part of Belgium (Flanders)
And they speak dutch in Holland (or The Netherlands, whatever you prefer)

Not to be confused with "the dutch" meaning, people from Holland.

As I understand it, just to add to the possible confusion. The Belgium Dutch is also quite often called Flemish. But not all Belgians speak Flemish, in the Walloon region French is the main language. I don't think it is called something other than French
