Now I know the routes have changed over the years, and climbs are added and removed, like the Bosberg in the Tour of Flanders last year. I also know that for the most part, there are specific parts of the course, and climbs, that are included every year.

But my question is, do they pretty much follow the exact same course route year after year, or do they take different routes each year to get to those sections that are pretty much permanent features of the race? Like the Tour de France, who will have the Tourmelet or Alpe Duez year after year, but just take a different approach to arrive at those climbs?
