Raleigh bmx frame Identification

I bought a Raleigh bmx frame and seller said it was 1980's model but I have searched for bikes that have a frame like mine but have yet to find one. The serial number is ucc93 00903077. I would like to know what the UCC stands for and if the 93 represents the year.
