Hi guys it's kind of a silly question but I have noticed that whenever I turn my rear carbon clincher wheel it seems to always come to a stop at a certain point. If that point was in another position as it came to a stop it would actually correct itself and go back to its earlier position as if there were a sort of weight placed in it or something or am I just imagining this. Also if I were to lift the rear of the bike by hand and crank it up the wheel would be rotating and also moving up and down as if there were a counter weight in it. It's really kinda silly but am just wondering, thanks again guys.
