Rear derailleur for Shimano Tiagra CS-HG20 9-Speed Freehub Cassette, Silver, 11-30

I want to install this cassette Shimano Tiagra CS-HG20 9-Speed Freehub Cassette, Silver, 11-30 in to my road bike, what is the matching Rear derailleur for it. I appreciate your help.

a 9-speed Sora (RD3500 or RD3501, depending on crankset)

or... if you can find it, the older 9-speed Tiagra (RD450#)

Tiagra 450# can't find no info on that number at all? I see rd4500 ss and gs.
