Anyone have any experience recently with shipping times from the UK? Just ordered a bunch of stuff from Wiggle and the confirmation email says "expect your order in approximately 6 days."

The last time I ordered from Wiggle it took around three weeks...and I live on the east coast so it's not like it had to travel far. This was about a year ago when it seemed lots of buyers were having the same issue--most said it had to do with US customs. Have things gotten better?

I've been ordering from Wiggle, Ribble and ShinyBikes for about 5 years now. One average, I would generally get my order from Wiggle in 6 days, Ribble 7-9 days and ShinyBikes in about 12-16 days.

I'll chime in here. Just ordered a group for Merlin Cycles and it was delivered to my door in CA in 48 hours. Free shipping too. I was very impressed.

Ordered wheels from Merlin cycles a month or so ago and took 4 days to texas. That's faster than I get performance bike orders. It was their generic free shipping too.

Recently got some tires from wiggle and took 7 business days to toronto canada. Never taken more then 2 weeks from any of the U.K sellers and canadian customs can be brutal at times

Also in the gta, and it takes roughly 7 days, chainreaction gets here about a day faster then ribble though.

Thank folks...I usually receive packages from the UK within a week as well but had some issues last year where stuff was taking 3+ weeks...apparently that's subsided/been resolved.

PBK is the only one that takes a very long time for me. I ordered rollers from Wiggle this winter and got them in 3 days. three!

I ordered a set of wheels from Wiggle on Friday and received them on Tuesday. Much faster than I had expected, given the holiday and all. I'm in the Midwest (Wisconsin). Delivered via DHL in one of the nicest wheel boxes I have seen - double walled with cut out divider to keep the wheels from touching. Very nice.

If you are outside the UK, then usually not more than 1 week / 1,5week.
