I always suggest Silca, there will be parts available when most of the others are forgotten.

Zefal Husky

I've had one for many years, works great. The guage eventually died, but it uses a standard thread, so I was able to replace it w/ a cheap ($7) generic compressor guage. Also swapped the head for a Silca, way better and might be worth considering doing this on any non-Silca pump...

I have the same pump

I also have a Zefal Husky that has been going strong for about 5 years. I did have to replace the hose once as it became hard and developed cracks on the outside rubber (althought it remained fully functional). I have also seen the new Park Tools pumps, and I would think that Park will continue to make replacement parts for a long time as they do for all of their other products.

That would have to be Specialized's "Air Tool Pro Floor Pump"

That is one amazing pump. Very sturdy and the head that works for both Shrader and normal valves is just outstanding. I have gone through 3 pumps and feel like have finally arrived. It is $54.95 and it is fully servicable and you can get every small part for it on their webpage. They also make a cheaper version for 34.95 the Air Tool Comp Floor Pump that is almost as nice. Check them out!

JOE BLOW! Had a Husky Zefal for years until it needed a new head and it cracked
where the pump screws into the base rendering it totally useless then. I think I got
mine on sale @ Performance for like $55. Gauge is on top of head unlike the bottom on the Husky. PLUS Performance gives a lifetime warranty on everything you buy. You never need to buy another pump again! My 2 cents . . .

Get the Joe Blow Pro. They are usually on sale at Performance for about $35. Very accurate gauge and easy to handle with dual head without any switching to do.

I have been using a Performance Hurricane floor pump for three years and have not had any problems. However, I just bought a Topeak Joe Blow Pro from performance for $35.00 and it works great. Of the two, I prefer the Joe Blow. Good Luck

My Silca has been going strong and reliable since about 1980 - replaced the washer a couple of times - but with a Silca - you can!

Made by the guys who sell the most popular CO2 systems. This floor pump is a great buy at $29.99. The guage goes to 160 psi, it is steel construction, the head has 2 presta and shrader without having to flip it around, and the ergonomic are good. I've also had Silca and Blackburn, but they failed. This one is da bomb.

$40 pump with top quality parts and seriously high pressure capabilities. This will go to 220psi. Not that you need it to, but it means that you get to 110 much more quickly.

Some people don't like the dual Schrader/Presta chuck, but I think it works simply and brilliantly.

I likr the Torelli, but I also have a electric pump that plug into a car lighter and it works just fine. You will need a presta to schrader converter they cost $1 for the brass ones, I leave the converter attached to presta valve so I don't lose it. I take the electric pump with me in the car if I'm travelling to a location to ride instead of the Torelli.

Specialized Air Tool Pro Floor

Its expensive at $54 but its well worth it! The pump action is incredible and the aluminum barrel and base makes this very durable. Its a definate pro shop level pump.

Save yourself a lot of headaches and bodyaches and purchase a REAL floor pump like this one!
