Hi have am planning a long tour on my recumbent (you can see pics of it at www.steppebysteppe.com.au ) but after a fair bit of testing i have noticed a few issues with the seats. At the moment they are basically shadecloth which has been shockcorded to chromolypoles. I find that the shape sometimes digs into my back(how to find/make the best shape?) and that the fabric is sometimes abit slick. What other materials have people had their recumbent seats made from (for padding, insulation, support, comfort etc) as well as what shape has it been in?

thanks for your help, i might sound pedantic, but i just want to be as comfy as possible!
