I'd suggest sanding the entire clear coat with 400 grit then mask the pink area off, spray the color and reclear the entire frame. Should be mostly invisible. If a chip goes deep enough to penetrate the new clear, blue and old clear, you'd still see the magenta but that's a pretty deep chip anyway.
I would have a pro do the spraying with automotive paints. DON'T RATTLE CAN IT!
That's all assuming you want to go to the hassle of all that and the expense. I did respray my 2004 TCR Composite but was able to do all the work myself. Resale will be totally changed also.
