I have a Bianchi EV2 with a crack near a weld at the bottom bracket. Anyone know if this can this be repaired? Just take to an aluminum welder?

Your best bet is a frame builder who does aluminum. Frame tubing is extremely thin, and your average aluminum welder would be challenged. If you find someone who works with very thin Al tubing, you might have success. Plus, you have to worry about heat treatment. Many Al frames are heat treated after they are welded to get the desired properties and to properly deal with the stresses from the welding. By the time you do all this, you might just want to try to work with Bianchi to see if they will give you a deal on a new frame.

Strip the frame and put it into your recycling basket.....It's bye-bye.
