Does anyone know if the new style chain rings with the hidden bolt will work on the old style 135mm 5 arm cranksets? If not who makes replacements other than TA?

Yes and no

I just put 2013 model Centaur 39/53 rings onto old 5 arm spider Centaur square taper crank arms, they fit well and work perfectly.

But the 5th hole on the big ring does not have a recess for the chainring bolt so you will have to think something up to get the chainring bolt "into" the chainring rather than "on top" of it . I drilled a bevel countersink on the ring and filed a corresponding bevel on the 5th crank bolt. Basic, but it works well
