Crash damage to outer parallelogram plate of 11 spd Super Record Rear derailller.

1) Where is good place to obtain a replacement?
2) Could I use Chorus, Record, or SR replacement and only printing would be different?
3) If only the outer layer of Carbon Fiber mesh is scraped, and RD functions well, is this a cosmetic issue only?

You can't buy that part as a replacement. If only the clearcoat and lettering are scraped, you can light sand to finish removing the lettering and recoat with clear lacquer. I wouldn't toss the RD unless you're into the fibers quite a bit.
