There never has been a whole lot of interest in the lower end shimano wheels. Reviews are all over the map, and I think this tends to turn most people away. If you can't find a buyer, they're useful as backup or training wheels if you don't have another set for that purpose.
Price wise, new 5500, (105lvl), wheels can be had for around $260/ pair and the RS10's can be found for around $200 so that should give you a starting point at least.
