A lot of the P90X stuff is done without weights.

Don't pay for it though...i recommend seeking out more nefarious methods of obtaining the workouts.

you can also look into TRX(or make you own, which is my plan for the winter.) - it's body-weight, suspension training.

Pull ups, dips, and leg lifts are all pretty legit. I haven't done push ups in forever, so I've got no comment there.
