I’ve had this since I got it new back in 1996 ish time frame. Still ride it on my local paved RTT network. Fork upgraded back in the 2000’s.

Still a nice ride. Love the down tube shifters

Set up more upright for comfortable riding.

Nice bike. I have a 2004 5200 that was a warranty replacement for a 1989 5220. Combined, I've logged almost 77,000 miles on them. It's interesting that yours doesn't have STI shifters, which I would think were standard at the time on a high end bike like this.

It’s not the original part spec, I built this up with stuff from the parts bin. But I still like the down tube shifters.
