I lost the whole setup. I managed to save the right temple so that the insurance co. wont think I am making up a story.

Smith optics will have what your looking for. They should have a fairly large selection that they can make interchangeable prescription lenses for.

Rudy Project also make rx inserts. Compared to Bolle's the rx lense doesn't go in as easily and the left and right lenses seem farther apart so it takes some getting used to.

Rx second lens inside a tinted lens = reflections

I had a pair of Rudy Projects, with the Rx second lens on the inside. TERRIBLE! There are reflectios everywhere between the two lens. If you need RX sunglasses, get a set with one lens.

I got the laser surgery done and now ride with those same Rudy's without the Rx lens inside and they are great. The second lens on the inside reflects light sources coming through and halos. I couldn't stand it.

I have purchased 2 different pair of cycling glasses from them and have been very happy with their work. It is nice having a direct rx in a cycling frame without needing the insert.
