greetings~

Last week our LLS (Local Liquor Store) hosted Rogue Brewing out of Oregon for an evening of beer tasting, critique, and conversation that began as intelligent and degraded into ill-chosen jokes over the course of the night. Nevertheless, we enjoyed ourselves and Sales Mgr. / Beertender Jon S. was a most excellent host. All in all, 9 beers were tasted and reviewed. Sometimes a beer was revisited for accuracy in the judging process.

First up: choose a bike for access to the LLS.

The Chosen One: 1970 Schwinn Suburban. I had a feeling the basket may come in handy later.

From the LLS to the LBS. Happiest half-mile I've ever ridden. We all left with sweet Rogue bounty. The bike shop owner joined the festivities and offered his place as a post- tasting-tasting destination.

It's good to have a nice Thai restaurant as a neighbor to your bike shop. To go please!

Nice

I love beer, I love bikes.

But I love beer & bikes even more.

Add in a beautiful women, and you could call it a perfect night.

Drink more beer, and you dont have to have the beautiful women...

And you could still have a perfect night, at least untill you wakeup the next day... ;)
