Regardless of what she looks like, it's a damn sick shame!
I hope it's easier for them to sue in Italy than it is for us in the U.S.

Ugh, these stories always scare me more than other cyclist being hit stories. It's like, wow, if a pro who is really good at riding bikes and likely in bright flashy clothes can get hit...what does that say about my chances?

Anyway, we are all possible targets out there with the sheer number of autos, the inattention to driving, and the recklessness of some drivers.

accidents are all about being in the wrong place at the wrong time, its mostly a luck of the draw thing especially when were talking about cyclists and autos in the same accident where the cyclist is not at fault.
