I am in the market for a new saddle. Current saddle is a stock 2007 Bontrager Race that has served me well but it is getting tired.
My mountain bike has a Bontrager Evoke and I hate it.
The main difference is that the Race has a bit of a swoop or wave shape and the Evoke is flat.
I was thinking a swooposh saddle like the Fabric Scoop Radius. I am a bigger rider 230ish lbs and I was concerned that the saddle would be too flexy.

Bontrager saddles are mostly flat or pricey.
The Specialized Romin is a possibility.

According to Trek's butt-o-meter I am between a guy's medium and wide.
Would the Fabric be too flexy?
Thanks in advance

The amount of flex is more about the shell and padding than the cover. I used the Romin for a while ( EVO Comp Gel ) and I would say it's a very nice saddle, firm with a little swoop.
