Haven't ridden the arrowhead, but the San Marco Aspide-FX is the most comfortable saddle I've ever ridden. It's completely minimalist with almost no padding, but that's how I like it.

I have the Aspide-FX also and I like it. I just had to be very careful when I set it up, it had to be perfectly level.

I've also used the San Marco Era (I think the Arrowhead is an Era with a center cut out).
The Era has more padding than the Aspide, I found the Aspide to be more comfortable.

Hard to say what will work.

My road bike has a San Marco Era and my commuter has a Rolls. I really like them both. I can't tell you anything about the Arrowhead, though.
