I spoke with the Ca attorney who is heading up the class action against Armstrong for lying in "It's Not About the Bike" and she knew this was going to happen. She thinks the SCA case will help her case quite a bit.

Armstrong is also facing a 3 million dollar lawsuit from the company that paid his tdf bonuses from 1999 to 2001.

According to all these newspaper reports, there are overlaps and differences in these cases.

Both the whistle blower and this one are arguing Armstrong's concealment extends the SOL.

This one and the SCA case figure, if he isn't the Tour winner, he has to return his cash.

But in the SCA case, there was a settlement, which seems to complicate things a bit.

And in all of them - what will Armstrong say if forced to testify under oath?
