I had some Maxxis Raze 35 C tires that I absolutely loved. However, I like to mix things up, so I decided to get some Schwable CX Pro 30C tires. At first I was really impressed because the tread was so aggressive and I droped almost 1/2 lb from the Maxxis. The only thing is I thought they looked really skinny. I measured them with my calipers and they were exactly 24C! I took them for a spin and I had to inflate them to 80 Psi to avoid pinch flats. What was odd was that they absorbed shock similar to the 35C maxxis run at 40 Psi. So, the verdict is still out if I like them or not, but I thought I would pass on my observations.

i'm gonna add them to the options this coming season...
they are (in my mind) a mud tire... any other conditions and i'd run the Racing Ralph or this sweet set of Specialized SWorks baldies i picked up...
