Do any of the shops you've been in have a bike in stock that you can inspect? You can eyeball it pretty well by looking at the clearances with the installed 28mm tires. It's not always a precise number anyway, because a tire's actual width and height is not always the same as the nominal size, and can vary with rim width. Thanks guys for the replies,I've called several shops that sell this bike and don't really seem to know and I asked shops that I've been in. I know that they come with 28s. I also went to SE website there really isn't a blog so I sent an email with no response after 2 weeks. Thanks to taking the time to message.
