This stuff is all pretty much the same, but the best value out there is the Tacx Dynamic Assembly Paste. It is sold in 80 gram jars for $20-25, versus paying $5-8 for a 5 gram package of Ritchey paste. Forum sponsor Competitve Cyclist has the Tacx stuff and one jar will last many years:
