Have just pulled out my FSA ISIS bb after 17000 Km, no free play, relatively smooth, but feels a bit dry. Wondering whether anyone has been able to relube the bearings successfully and how to go about it. Can the seals be removed without damage or can you somehow inject some grease in there to smooth things out again. This lack of serviceability in bearings now days sucks. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Even suggestions on alternative brands of BB. Thanks

I had a FSA ISIS BB that was starting to get crunchy dry on my mountain biike. I pulled it and using and exacto blade pulled back one seal and shoved some grease in there. So far its been good for another 200 miles.
