I just picked up a used dura ace 12-25 10 spd cassette (maybe a mistake?!) on ebay. I put it on a wheel and tried it on my bike and it appears the 15t cog is shot. Anyone have any idea where I might be able to purchase a new cog or any other suggestions.

Thanks

Wow..is that true. I have some 9spd cogs lieing around, I'll see if it works. I'm curious where you heard this. Thanks for your help, Eric
No, 9 speed cogs are slightly thicker than 10 speed cogs. I know a guy that tried this and it is a huge mistake. The chain tended to get caught and the chainsuck that followed scratched up his frame. Don't do it. The only way to do it right is to strip off the plating, flyface cut the cog down to the right thickness (minus the plating thickness) and then get the thing re-plated. Expensive even if you get stuff stripped and plated all the time.
