I have the Shimano Dura-Ace SPD-SL 7750 pedals & cleats. It must be time for new cleats, as I've been using the originals for a total of 3 seasons (2 racing). I notice some noise/play when I pull up on the pedals. However, I recall also hearing this sound much earlier on, too - probably at the end of my 2nd season w/them. Is this normal? I wouldn't think so, as the pedal stroke/circle doesn't seem 100% efficient. I know my CrankBros Candy SL's, that are on my cx bike, don't have this issue.

Thanks,

Replace the cleats and the black plate that snaps on the pedal and you should be good to go.

Added: By normal, I mean normal wear and tear on that type of pedal.
Will do. Thanks, bull.
