Dura-ace 2009 beta has MS OS and a search engine powered by Google. I would not ride it though - prone to crashing.

SHIMANO AMERICA bought PI. SO I assume this means the US Distrsibutor. I think they are techincally a different company than SHIMANO, JAPAN.

But yes, Shimano still.. Now they have aprts and clothes under their belt.
With SRAM buying som mnay other and now ZIPP maybe the future of cyclign will be owned by a few big companies for the most part: :mad2:

Pearl Izumi was previously owned by Nautilus, Inc.

Having Shimano buy them may mean stability.

Seems like the Pearl people were happy Shimano was the new owner.

With this purchase I guess Shimano Total Integration has as new meaning. Perhaps they are taking a page out of Campy's playbook? They will do almost everything except frames, forks, and tires now. FYI that Shimano has been pushing a clothing brand line in Japan for a year or two.
