I've been seeing Cicli Mattio popping up in google shopping searches for a little while now with really low prices (even with the shipping charges), and recently gave them a try for a new helmet I could not find in the USA. Ordered on Thursday, April 8th, and the helmet shipped from Italy and arrived at my door (Arizona) mid-day on Monday, April 12th. I am blown away by this quick delivery, and based on the model not being available in the US, I know it didn't ship from a US based warehouse, it had all the international shipping paperwork.

I'm obviously not affiliated with these guys, but was impressed enough with them to create this post. Can't guarantee it will still work, but they also accepted a 10% off coupon code WELCOME10.

I’ve been to their shop several times, it started as just a local shop at the foot of an iconic climb with good service and a generally high end stock. The owner, Mattie, got on the e-commerce bandwagon very early and has expanded with his own line of bikes. It’s still a surprisingly small place, maybe 3,000sq ft downstairs and upstairs is consignment and e-commerce. He’s buddies with Ernesto, so if you’re a Colnago fan, he carries a full line and can get you models not available in the US. Fully legit business.
If i can give 0 point to this online shop, i will.
I suggest ChainReactionCycles, Wiggle, Bike-Components, Bike-Discount, but not this shop.

Reasons:
1. Delayed shipment for more than a month (and counting)
2. Non-responsive customer service
3. Multiple false claims of delivery date
4. No solid delivery date still....

What happened:
1. On 19/2, placed order for some grips with expected delivery date on "11-16/3". On the same day, their CS claim they will ship out in "mid March".
2. On 19/3, after their stated delivery date, they further delay shipping date to the next week, "after March 25", without a delivery deadline
3. On 29/3, days after their stated shipment date, they blame it on the dealer and claim will ship out "the next week"
4. On 7/4, within their stated date, they ignored my daily enquiries and without any action taken or explanation given. And no solid delivery date still....

It is by far my worst online shopping experience. Please, at all cost, avoid this site.

Thanks for the update. On line shopping seems to be hit or miss.
