Hi Folks-
I ramped up my mileage last week, both running and riding. I went for a hard run yesterday on the trails, and about 3/4 through I felt a sharp, you-just-pulled-something type pain in my back, on both sides, right below the bottom of my shoulder blades. It's not in the center of my back, and it is definitely muscular feeling. What did I pull? How can I avoid doing it again in the future? Thanks!
