I went to the website, but couldn't really make sense of what's going on here. Do I have to be into the Randonneur thing to "get" it?

It looks like the pre-registration is wonky. But I think it's ten bucks and you can sign up/sign waiver at the start.

I wish I could go but I have to finish moving. It was the Populaire or the RBR ride.
