I'm interested in the Castelli Kiss Bib short but I'm seeing conflicting sizing charts from various mail order sites. So I was wondering if anyone that has recently purchased Castelli bibs what size would I take if I'm 6"-4", 192lbs, w/ 36" waist? Some charts I've seen recommend XL, some XXL. Thanks for any assistance. By the way, any comments out there about the Kiss bib shorts?

I ride kiss shorts and like 'em. I had some Ypro3s, but the seams between the sections of the pads weren't pleasant on long rides...

Castelli shorts are pretty generous with their stretch room / sizing. I am 6'0", 138lbs, and wear a Small. I tried on a Large, and it was okay for height, too, but the legs / bib section was way too big. I have a 29" waist.

I tried their knicker bib shorts. Hated them. End up getting a saddle sore as the shammy did not work with my but. Might be different for you. They are the only shorts I've ever tried that I've had problems with.
