I have noticed that over the years that I have come across many good single posts, and while I have saved as many of them as I could in my favorites, many have been lost along the way of computer upgrades, sites losing the links over time, etc.

Is there a book (or two or three), that can give me a bunch of technical information about things like tweaking your riding position for different situations? Like the effect of moving your saddle fore/aft, or using wide bars vs. narrow bars, and other such things (just examples that i threw out there)?

I know a lot about what I need, but I need a reference book for when I'm sitting around and get to playing.
