Here is my latest project. The frame is a late 80's Schwinn Qualifier. These types of frames were used in a short lived BMX parking lot racing series.

The wheels are 20 x 1 1/8 size.

I decked out the frame with Dura Ace headset, track cranks, brake levers and brakes. The saddle is a Richard Sachs special edition red Regal.

I'm running 45T front and 13T rear for 70 gear inches..

I took this picture in Fort Worth today while on a 70 mile ride. The bike rides like a dream..The only downside was I had to feel endless questions from curious riders.

Dave, when do your tiny wheeled bikes start outnumbering the "normals"? :D

Need some black Sugino 75s though. I bet it wheelies nice though.

Does the top tube . . .

. . . actually slope *upward* as it approaches the seat tube, or is that an optical illusion from the photos?

It does have a sloping top tube. I paid $40 for the frame/fork on eBay.

Right now I have 3 small wheeled bikes( two folding Bike Fridays and this one). Have no fear. My 700c wheeled bikes still out number these creations.
