I've finally stopped lurking around RBR
I have a quick question. Yesterday I was doing my research on saddle height. I adjusted my saddle so that I have the proper (25 degree) bend in my knee (probably 8 inches higher than it was prior). I took a short but fast ride later on last night. This morning and all of today I feel like I have pulled a muscle in my right bicep. It felt odd that I was putting so much weight on my hands rather than my butt like before, but I went with the flow. What to do?
